In the event catalouge on the purchase page there is a icon for a mysterious fifth event with no listed date. I am curious how often this mysterious fifth event happens and if so around when would it typically happen in the year? (Fingers crossed for winter!)

The 5th event is the oddball event. Special rules and restrictions apply - depending upon the theme or goal. So I can't answer that because whatever I say may not hold true in the future.
