do rewritten characters have the same IG knowledge as the old one?
I saw this A LOT (like obscene amounts) last game and I wasn't sure but i was under the impression that they DID NOT have the same "memories" as the old character.

I made a post really similar to this before as well.

I was told that yes they do have the same memories as the old character but pending on how much your character changes you can choose play it as a brand new character. I played mine completly knew because different race different class and comepletely different backstory. I know I sliped up with a metta game moment (Sorry Gianni <3 ) I do not metagame even though its allowed. I had one moment where I slipped up.

I would speculate it depends on what was rewritten.
