The Cloak of X spells state "The caster must wait five minutes before benefiting from this spell again, no matter what method is used to generate the spell (spellcasting, magic item, scroll, etc.)"
Does this apply to all Cloak spells, or only the one cast? For example, could a mage cast Cloak from one of their schools, and then cast it from their other school without waiting the 5 minutes? Also, am I correct in assuming that the five minutes is from when the spell ended, not from when it was cast, preventing one from just casting the same one again once it runs out? If two different Cloaks cannot be used one after the other, could sanctuary be used immediatly before or after Cloak by a dual class cleric mage, or would it need to follow the same 5 minute cooldown?
Each spell is treated separately.  The five minute waiting period only applies to that specific spell.  The five minute waiting period begins when the spell ends.

So a Cloak of Earth could be cast immediately after a Cloak of Chaos and a Sanctuary could be cast immediately after that.

Sounds like a good strategy!
