How long does waylay knock someone out for? Is it the standard 55 seconds or is it longer?
I'm almost certain its 55 seconds. As the call isnt "waylay 5 minutes"
well its not in the new rule book but its always been 5 minutes , I know this because back in the day we had a hellofa time with a certain tutu that found its way into game..
Everything is 55 seconds unless stated otherwise.
