In the rulebook, for every cloak spell and the antimagic spell, it says that you cannot move your feet
Antimagic says you cannot cast spells
And cloak spells say you can only cast from the school of magic the cloak came from

But can i use my swords and regular skills?

yes, as long as your feet are planted
