But there are two continents.

One of them is named "The Northlands". Given the overall post-apocalyptic naming scheme employed by the populace, I would assume the other is named "The Southlands".

There are a couple islands to the south which are not named and do not appear on the list of islands above - what are they?

One is southwest of The Mithril Spires and the other is due east of The Southern Isles.

There are no "Southlands".  Please do not assume things.  All the world information has been released on this thread or in the rulebook. 

Anything else is either:
  • not common knowledge to the general populace, or
  • currently unknown In Game.
