I have a custom from where I’m from that says I can take someone’s kid with the parents consent. This will benefit the child by ensuring they grow up strong. Food and shelter will of course be provided and it’s traditional to tip the parents a decent amount of gold. And that’s how under your description Agathorn slaves can be bout and sold legally in our town. I want you to succeed but understand it’s always better to create stricter laws and have people come to you to ask for exepctiosn then to make vague laws that people can work around.
