i was wondering if someone were to play an elf and due to odd circumstance they were allergic to latex and the adhesive for silicone ears would metal bent ears in a fantasy style be accepted.

If the metal ears realistically appear to be a covering over flesh ears, then yes. Â The metal ear coverings would have to be worn at all times. Â Or the flesh ears would need to be covered in some other way (like in my avatar pic).
