Cabin Policy - 2018
#1
Cabin Reservations shall be included in the Event Registration Form found on our website. Any player wishing to reserve cabin space must do so by the Monday before the start of the event. Cabins shall be assigned on a first come first served basis.  Preference shall be given to players that purchase a Yearly Package.

We shall attempt to post a running cabin list, prior to each event, if time allows.  Any changes to your previous requested spots will be considered on a case by case basis.

Once the cabins are full, a Posting will be placed on the Message Boards, and there will be a waiting list for cancellations. Any individuals that do not check in on Friday, before the opening meeting, will have their bunk given to someone on the waiting list at the end of the opening meeting.

The Knight Blades Cabin and Tent Policy can stand alone as it is, but we have included this follow-up post to help answer the anticipated questions it may generate.  Since we are now running at Eagle Pass Camp, we have had to make some adjustments to the way bunks are reserved.  The following list will show the occupancy of the available cabins as it pertains to our game.

Cabin 5 – 20 bunks with heat/ac

Cabin 6 – 16 bunks NO heat/ac

Cabin 7 – 16 bunks NO heat/ac

Cabin 8 – 10 bunks with heat/ac --- In Game Player run Tavern – Invitation Only

Cabin 9 – FOIG FOIG FOIG FOIG FOIG

Cabin 10 – 16 bunks NO heat/ac

Cabin 11 – 20 bunks with heat/ac

We believe that an In Game Tavern is integral to the experience of attending a Knight Blades event.  In order to maintain OOG Logistics and preserve IG atmosphere, the KB Staff has decided upon location and sleeping reservation restrictions to Cabin 8.  This is just like how we treated The Government Office at YOC.  Cabin 8 will be the location of the tavern.  You can request to stay at Cabin 8, but it will not be official until the KB Staff secures your invitation from the current owner/operator.  One of our players, Robert Matt (Feliks), is the current owner/operator.

Each person that purchases the Yearly Package will be placed in the cabin of their choice for the entire year.  A YP member will be subject to the Cabin 8 bunk restrictions.  Once that is done, the time and date on the registration shall be the determining factor on the "first come/first served" bunk assignment for players.

Due to safety concerns we cannot approve of players sleeping on the floors of the cabins, so no more than the listed occupancy will be assigned to a cabin.

All cabins will be filled as we have determined. Any issues or concerns shall be directed to the Staff and their decision shall be final.

NPCs will be housed at NPC Camp only.

With more options for bunking, we do not foresee any issues with not having enough bunks for people.  If this should ever occur, we will make a post on how we’re going to handle that situation.

Once a Cabin is full, we will make a post on the forums.

Any further questions or concerns can be directed to Davis via his email.  Davis@knightblades.net
