Friday Event Times

Check in will be at the Tavern/Dining Hall from 4:00-9:00pm

There will be a New Player meeting at 8:30pm.

Opening meeting is at 9:00pm.

For our NPCs, their meeting is starting at 8:00pm.

Game will start at 10:00pm.

It's extremely important that everyone tries their best to adhere to these times for a successful relaunch.

Please have all vehicles in the parking lot by 8:00PM.

At the end of opening meeting, everyone will be brought to the starting location to await Game Start.  So it is very important you have all your In-Game stuff with you at the Opening Meeting.

Anyone that fails to check in by the end of the Opening meeting, misses the opening meeting, or isn't game ready will miss the start of game.  They will have to wait at logistics until the game has started and everything that has been planned has happened before we will be able to check them in.  I know that is unusual, but the timing of the game start has been planned and OOG distractions will take away from everyone that is playing.

I forgot to add, please do not arrive on site before 12 noon on Friday. 

If the Staff is ready they may start check in earlier than 4pm.

Feel free to say Hi, but we will not be able to visit for long periods of time as we continue to set up for game.

As my Staff finishes what needs to be done, they will be at the Tavern to mingle before the meetings.
