Due to the harsh realities of funding and organizing a LARP I have to make the following announcement.

For Knight Blades Reforged to have a successful season, and to break even without any out-of-pocket costs for its volunteers, we budgeted the event pricing for 25 attendees.  The only way I can plan for this, and know the season has been provided for, is if we sell yearly packages.  We need to have 25 Tier 1, or 20 Tier 2, or 17 Tier 3 to pay for the camp rental.

I’ve decided that if we do not have enough Yearly Packages sold by March 30th, I will have to announce the end of Knight Blades Reforged.
 
I selected this date to allow as much time as possible to accomplish this, but also to consider the ability for our reserved and deposited events to be filled by another game should we fail to reach our goals.

I believe this goal is attainable.  We will continue planning the events and will be ready to provide the best entertainment we possible can for you.  I will update the announcement each Sunday to let you know of our progress.

We have currently sold 3 Tier 3 YPs.

Here are our dates and pricing for the 2024 Season of Knight Blades Reforged!

April 12-14, 2024 Spring 1
May 17-19, 2024 Spring 2
September 20-22, 2024 Fall 1
November 1-3, 2024 Fall 2

I’m happy to announce a reduction in event prices for the 2024 season.  We have a new storage solution on site and our transportation costs have been reduced so we’re passing that savings onto you.  It still takes quite a bit of money to run a LARP for a full year, but I believe we can break even with 25-30 (New and returning) players at each event.  Should we exceed that, the additional funds will go a long way towards updating our equipment and the ever increasing costs associated with the logistics of events.

In an effort to bring more players to our community, we’re introducing a new player program that will be fully explained in its own post.  Please read this announcement because your efforts in recruiting new and former players is the best way Knight Blades Reforged will continue to grow.

Pre-Pay Discount $100.00 (Due two weeks before event.  Paid via website.)
New Player 1st Event Discount $50.00 (First time playing KB Reforged.  Paid via website or at the door.)
New Player 2nd Event Discount $75.00 (Second time playing KB Reforged. Paid via website or at the door.)
Pay at the Door $110.00

Finally, we will be continuing the Yearly Package deals.  Full details on the bonus items, and skills you can obtain with the various tiers will be on the website soon.  At this time the only things that have been finalized is the pricing.

Tier 3 Yearly package $550.00
The Manager’s Special Yearly Package $5,555.55

Knight Blades has been providing quality LARP entertainment since 2007.  Knight Blades Reforged has been built upon that great foundation, but it is its own game.  So, with that in mind, we’re announcing our New Player Policy with regard to discount pricing.

If a player has never played or been an NPC a Knight Blades Reforged Event, they will be eligible for the New Player 1st Event Discount.

If a player has only been to one Knight Blades Reforged event as a Player or NPC, they will be eligible for the New Player 2nd Event Discount.

The only other condition required is you must create a New Character.

We hope that anyone that has played or been an NPC for Knight Blades the Underworld Campaign or Knight Blades the Awakening will come and give Knight Blades Reforged a try.

The dinner this weekend is Cavatelli with broccoli and grilled chicken , dinner will also come with soup and salad. ( chicken and rice ) 

The kings feast will be a large steak, Baked potato, mixed veg. 

breakfast will be .......................... you know breakfast!!!

Breakfast will be served 10- noon.   it is $10.00

Dinner will be served at 6pm. it is $25.00

Kings feast will be served when ever you want ( I need 30 min notice) It is $50.00

And I will have different bar foods ( yes the cheeseburger is coming back ) during the day for in game money
