Hi Everybody!

I did not have the time to post our check in procedure policy. This event is going to be a bit hectic at the start. So I will ask you to please review and do the best you can to follow the guidelines and times I list here.

Check in will be from 4:00pm until 8:30pm

Opening Meeting will be at 9:00pm in the tavern

If you wish to arrive on site early, please do not arrive until noon the earliest. We have much to set up and wouldn't want to spoil some surprises for you.

I may be prepared to check in people earlier than 4pm. Poke your head into NPC camp and ask if you can. I'll either be able to take you, or give you a rough estimate of how long before we can.

Anyone who shows up at 8:31 through 9:00 should go directly to the Tavern for opening meeting. We will advise you, after the meeting on how we will be checking you in.

Hi Everybody!

I will not be posting a cabin list tonight. I have 9 Yearly Package subscribers that need to inform me which cabin they choose. This is one of the perks of the Yearly Package.

So, I will have a tentative list at check in. You will be advised of any last minute changes at the opening meeting. For now, plan on staying where you requested unless otherwise notified by me, in person.

Hi Everybody!

For all characters that have been converted, we will be giving you tags for your equipment. You will be getting 5 weapon tags, 10 armor tags, and 2 shield tags. Would you please post in your personal forums what type of weapon and armor tags you want to receive. This will allow me to have your tags ready for check-in and to make the process run smoothly and quickly. You may not substitute any of the tags to receive different amounts. Thank you!

All Rituals have expired. All Negative effects are lifted. In fact, all Ritual effects are gone, whether good or bad. Total creature transformations, curses, and other unusual conditions will be decided on a case-by-case basis. If you are unsure of your particular situation, please talk to us privately.
