Mog and hunter , There is a book bound in human skin located at the The Boston Athenaeum. Its an autobiography of the murderer who wrote it , and his skin binds it. its part of their private collection and you can ask to see it and handle it (with gloves of course ) but reading it may be tough because if I'm not mistaken the whole things written in latin. Allen's memoirs(“Hic Liber Waltonis Cute Compactus Est.”) can be viewed by advance request only. Call the Athenaeum at least a week ahead of your visit to arrange for a viewing.
