So we gave you guys the benefit of the doubt.
We tried implementing a useful government. 
We even made excuses as to why we shouldn't chop your heads off as an example to the next guy.
But you have had a year to grow up.
I'm personally done making excuses for you people. 
If someone comes to town and decides it's fun to attack people I will remove that person from the land of the living.
I don't care what buffoon gets randomly chosen to lead the town. If you endanger people by choice or stupidity I will consider you an enemy and treat you as such.
My enemies tend to die, if you were not sure how this works.
