First i was wondering if you could post a description of how letters work i couldn't find anything on the boards or in the rule book.Â
Second i was told you needed to have a name or address for the letter but I was curious if it was posible to send a letter with an instruction like "bring this to a nearby town and give it to the town leader/librarian/blacksmith etc."
