Shatter Clarify

Rulebook Says:

All Players are requested to attempt to avoid striking an Archery Weapon, but the user of an Archery Weapon must assume the risk of accidental Out-Of-Game damage to it.

Shatter and Destroy will not be delivered by a weapon strike to an archery weapon.  Nobody should be striking archery weapons deliberately.  

However, it is theoretically possible to deliver these effects to an archery weapon by means of a spell packet or by some other means.
