A “Non-Delivery Notification” Service Fee of 5 Gold Pieces can be added to any message at the sender’s option.  This fee must be submitted simultaneously with the delivery fee for the message.
 
The sender will be notified if the message was not delivered in accordance with the Couriers Guild Terms & Conditions.
