Rogues, for a class bonus, do receive 10 free escapes. If you aren't building a rogue, then it's a mistake.

Or if I have no idea what I am talking about. Rogues receive 3 escapes, mages - 10 magi missile, clerics - 10 cure minor wounds. Sorry about any confusion.
