Can shatter be used with a one handed weapon? or is it still only a two handed skill?

^ That was asked at the Creation Party, and they said one-handed weapons can now shatter.

Compose (insert magic here) casting scrolls. Lets say you wanna make five scrolls of spell guard. Would you need only 3 scroll points and the required coin to pump out 5 scrolls or would you need 15 scroll points for each instance and the coin?

spell guard is level 3, so 3 scroll points per scroll. Five scrolls gives a total of 15 Scroll Points.

5 silver per spell level, so 15 silver per scroll. Five scrolls gives a total of 75 silver.
