Daylight savings/spending

Curious if in game we are aware of how daylights saving works. 

Could we rp knowing that there is an extra hour of night.

Wasnt sure if there was a story of Nocturna and Lucenta trading off this hour to each other.

We all will fall down in same direction as Earth stop spinning. One hour later, we all will fall down again in opposite direction as Earth start spinning.
