i was wondering if someone were to play an elf and due to odd circumstance they were allergic to latex and the adhesive for silicone ears would metal bent ears in a fantasy style be accepted.

If the metal ears realistically appear to be a covering over flesh ears, then yes.  The metal ear coverings would have to be worn at all times.  Or the flesh ears would need to be covered in some other way (like in my avatar pic).
