Check in will be at the Tavern/Dining Hall from 4:00-9:00pm

There will be a New Player meeting at 8:30pm.

Opening meeting is at 9:00pm.

For our NPCs, their meeting is starting at 8:00pm.

Game will start at 10:00pm.

Only the following items will be accepted as donations.

Elf Ears (must be large or small Cinema Secrets Woochie “space ears” or ear tips from aradanicostumes.com) are worth 8 CP per pair.

One Handed Boffer Weapons (length of 10 to 48 inches) with ultralight cores are worth 15 CP.

Tabards of one solid color are worth 5 CP each.  Trim, Embellishments, or more than one color makes it worth 8 CP.  The tabard measurements we prefer are 45 inches from the shoulder down and 18 inches wide.  The most desirable colors are brown, red, white, grey, blue, and all shades of green.

Cloaks of thick or double layered cotton or cotton blend are worth 30 CP.  Single layer lower quality Cloaks are worth much less.  Thick wool is worth much more.

Skull Masks without distinctive markings are worth 3 to 10 CP depending on the quality.

Glowsticks (Cyalume and similar chemical glowsticks) are worth 1 CP per two glowsticks.  Only the 6 inch size glowsticks are useful to us.  Glow necklaces and glow bracelets will not be accepted.  Battery-powered glowsticks are worth 1 CP per glowstick.

Red or Black Duct Tape is worth 4 CP per full standard roll which is 2 inches by 180 feet.  We need decent quality, like 3M, Nashua, or Duck brand.

Clear 35mm Film Canisters are worth 1 CP per five canisters.

Black 35mm Film Canisters are worth 1 CP per ten canisters.

Coin Cell Batteries are worth 1 CP per 5 batteries.  CR2032, 3V.

Spell Packets are worth 1 CP per five spell packets.  There is a limit of 100 spell packets per year per Player.  However, you may donate more than 100 per year if you provide a tote to store them.

For $100 you can purchase a “Knight’s Bounty” worth 55 Character Points.

Submission of updates to characters are due on Fridays one week before the event and should be placed as a post in your personal forum.  This is necessary so that we can have the event prepared for everybody.

We have entered a CP exchange with Fury of the Deeps LARP.  If you play or NPC a complete KBR event, you will receive 5 CP for your FOTD character.  If you play or NPC a complete FOTD event, you will receive 5 CP for your KB character.  Since we have multiple exchange agreements with other games, you must specify which game you’d like your CP for at checkout.  The staff of each respective game will notify the other.

We have entered a CP/SP exchange with Kyranthia LARP.  If you play or NPC a complete KBR event, you will receive 5 SP for your Kyranthia character.  If you play or NPC a complete Kyranthia event, you will receive 5 CP for your KB character.  Since we have multiple exchange agreements with other games, you must specify which game you’d like your CP/SP for at checkout.  The staff of each respective game will notify the other.

We have entered a CP/DP exchange with The Awakening LARP.  If you play or NPC a complete KBR event, you will receive 100 DP for your Awakening character.  If you play or NPC a complete Awakening event, you will receive 5 CP for your KB character.  Since we have multiple exchange agreements with other games, you must specify which game you’d like your CP/DP for at checkout.  The staff of each respective game will notify the other.

Players will have the following Cabin and Shelter Sites available for sleeping.

Cabin: Algonquin
Sites: Mohegan, Uncowa, Tremone, and Quinnebaug
 
The cabin sleeps up to 20.  The sites have Adirondack style shelters with screened fronts.  There are different amounts of bunks and shelters per site.
 
Yearly Package Members will get preference for their sleeping arrangements.


We do not foresee any shortage of bunks for all players.  Players can choose any option and let us know at check in.  If you wish to change your selection and it’s available, just let us know at check in or logistics.

Players and NPCs at check-in must abide by the following regulations:



Printed proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 55 hours OR be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (at least two weeks after final dose) and provide printed documentation showing proof of immunization.



This policy is subject to change and any changes will be posted here.

Tent areas shall be considered "Callout" areas. 

The no combat rule shall be enforced for safety and to help protect property.  However, you cannot use tent proximity to avoid combat, and the interior of the tent is also considered In-Game.

Please mark a clearly seen boundary of ten feet around the tent.  This can be done with a rope light or some other approved method.

Tents cannot be placed without approval of the location by Knight Blades Staff.

A tent cannot be entered without Out-Of-Game consent of the owner.

Game items cannot be left unattended in a tent.  Players are advised not to bring a large array of game items into a tent, as this will create a considerable burden in the case of a Callout.
